PromotionRuleCreate

Creates a new promotion rule.

Added in Saleor 3.17

This API is currently in Feature Preview and can be subject to changes at later point.

Requires MANAGE_DISCOUNTSpermission.

Triggers the following webhook events:

• PROMOTION_RULE_CREATED (async): A promotion rule was created.
